Design Process
An initial site visit and design review allows us to get to know your key goals, ask the important questions to define the project scope and begin to outline a conceptual direction.
I then work with you and builders throughout the design process to refine the schematic design plans to align with budget and project goals.
An iterative schematic design process leads to a final set of Construction Documents. These final plans are coordinated with structural engineering and provide builders the documents required for final pricing, permitting and construction.
