A large addition off the rear of an existing historical home providing a new kitchen, dining & living space and a new second floor primary bedroom suite. Much attention to design was given in making sure the addition maximized light while also opening up the flow and functionality of the older house.

Design details and finishes were carefully selected to ensure the new construction complimented the historical period details throughout the existing home.
